What bearing information should I include in an RFQ?
Please provide the bearing model, quantity, seal or shield type, internal clearance, precision requirement, packaging preference and destination. You can also upload an Excel, PDF or image purchase list.
Can I request several bearing models in one quotation?
Yes. Upload your complete purchase list and our sales team will review the models together for one consolidated quotation.
Which product series does XTDELIAN supply?
Our range includes deep groove ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, pillow block units and additional industrial bearing solutions.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample availability depends on the model and stock status. Send the required model and application so our team can confirm the sample arrangement.
Can you support custom packaging or brand requirements?
Packaging options can be discussed according to order quantity, market requirements and product series. Include the packaging request in your RFQ.
How do you control bearing quality?
Quality control covers incoming components, machining and assembly checkpoints, dimensional inspection, appearance checks and final verification before packing.
How long does quotation and delivery take?
Quotation time depends on the number of models and specification completeness. Delivery depends on product availability, quantity, packaging and destination. We will confirm both after reviewing your RFQ.
How can I become an XTDELIAN distributor?
Choose “Distributor Cooperation” in the RFQ form and tell us your company, market, existing sales channels and expected product range.
